After creating his first knife in 1984 at Jean-Pierre Ceccaldi's workshops in Zonza, Pol Demongeot joined Franck Thomas for ten years at Lotus cutlery, and then worked at the Lumio Ethnographic Centre of Metallurgical Research alongside Christian Moretti. A tamer of materials, Pol Demongeot displays his mastery of steel with his coal forge.
