Let the charm of Old Nice operate, and venture off into the alleyways to discover a perfect little restaurant for a lunch break or to relax in the evening. The yellow and green colours with orange-coloured tablecloths remind you of the southern sun. The front of the restaurant in ochre with ironworks promises a warm family spot.
Pasta al pesto, braised veal belly, pizzas and stuffed vegetables, such are the typical dishes of the region that you can share with friends on the terrace of this little restaurant a few metres from René Socca, another well-known restaurant famous for its traditional socca, a chickpea-flour made regional speciality that is at once soft and crispy. After your meal at La Table Alziari, head to visit the baroque Saint Martin Saint Augustin Church, one of the oldest in Nice that is very much worth the detour.
