The atmosphere is intimate on the beach in Deshaies, looking over this exceptional bay. The Savane invites you on a gastronomic journey but also a decorative one. Natural materials are in the spotlight, particularly wood, which dresses floors and walls. The safari-inspired furniture is in the same hues.

At the bar, beware of the gorilla, which serves as a seat. The welcoming atmosphere is due to the chef Vincent Potiron, who is always smiling. There are no menus here, but refined and revisited dishes like turban squash and sweet potato cream soup with coconut milk, or a dolphinfish in passion fruit coulis.

In their quest for quality, the restaurant selects the best products of Guadeloupe, which are always fresh. Like the sublime desserts, revealing the pastry talents of the chef who learned his trade in prestigious Parisian addresses such as Lenôtre and Dalloyau. Be prepared for a festival of flavours capped off with crème brulée perfumed with lime, a mango emulsion, or pineapple with basil.
