In his Neptune restaurant, Nicolas Darnauguilhem only swears by local Genevan products. The chef plays the transparency card when it comes to suppliers, and he only uses fresh and organic ingredients. The establishment was even the first in town to be awarded “Homemade” distinction in French-speaking Switzerland.
Drawing inspiration from his great-grandmothers, Nicolas went back to the fundamental flavours and raw products of his region. He loves to prepare every single item served to customers, from the soy sauce to sourdough bread baked every morning, not forgetting hot pepper. In a refined and minimalist decor, contemporary art pieces are being lit by desk lamps fixed to the walls. A perfect setting for an ever changing and inspired cuisine, rethought every season. A natural yet sophisticated experience, to be enjoyed on the small terrace of the inner courtyard when the sun comes up.
