In the city centre, close to the Art Deco district, a large Moroccan door in varnished wood opens onto a shaded patio. Wrought-iron tables invite you to take a seat and sip a mint tea under the old pear tree—but don't stop yet. Climb the front steps covered with white and blue zellij tiles and enter the typical Moroccan house.
Inside, the magic happens right away in both Moorish salons, decorated in carved stucco and tiles, and a painted wooden ceiling. The dinner is organised around small Moroccan tables, on benches covered with Berber fabric. To decide what to order, just sneak a peak at what your smiling, cheerful neighbours are eating. You can choose between dozens of delicious dishes with oriental flavours: lamb skewers, tagines, couscous, pastillas, briouats, koftaand other delicacies. It's definitely hard to choose from so many tempting offerings!
