Do I have to print a copy of my electronic ticket?
After purchasing your ticket online, you will receive a confirmation e-mail (or fax) that specifies the fare conditions for your ticket. You will also receive a trip summary that indicates your electronic ticket number and summarizes all important information for your trip. We recommend that you print a copy of your trip summary to keep with you. If you cannot print a copy, don’t worry, your ticket is safely stored in our booking databases.
