1. How can I enrol my company?
You just need to fill in the VoyageurRewardsTM enrolment form. Click here to enrol
2. What is a Company Profile?
When you enrol with VoyageurRewardsTM, Air France asks you for information on your employees' travel habits. This is what we call the "Company Profile".
3. How are Points credited to our Voyageurs Rewards account?
Together we will choose a method to track your business trips. We offer your two ways of doing so: Enter your contract number in the reservation (done by your travel agent) Enter your credit card number in the reservation (If you do not use the service of a travel agent) Either of these methods will ensure that your account is credited with the correct number of points.
4. How can we claim rewards?
Choose your reward after checking your current points balance. Click here to fill in your request.
5. Who can use VoyageurRewardsTM tickets?
Any employee can be offered a reward ticket. The Programme Administrator will designate the person who will benefit from the reward ticket.
6. Can we change our Programme Administrator when we want?
Yes. You simply need to fill in the account update form. Click here to update your account
7. Does membership of VoyageurRewardsTM imply giving up Flying Blue membership?
Absolutely not. Your employees who have their own Flying Blue card continue to use it in the same way and enjoy the same benefits.   Flying Blue
