Terms and Conditions – 2for1 Dining
1. This offer is open to all UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 years or over for new bookings only. This offer is not available to employees of Air France or its subsidiaries, TLC Marketing plc or agencies appointed by TLC and their immediate families.
2. The dining voucher entitles the bearer to a free main meal at one of the participating restaurants, when another main meal of the same value or more is purchased at the full price.
3. Only one voucher may be used per person, per household, per restaurant and per booking group (group is defined as more than one person accompanying the voucher holder). The voucher claimant may not claim another 2 for 1 dining voucher at the same restaurant.
4. All additional customers will pay the full price and all future bookings will be charged at the full price. All additional courses and drinks will be paid for at full price.
5. Voucher valid until 30.04.09
6. Offer excludes Public Holidays and Bank Holidays.
7. The offer is based on advance bookings only and is subject to promotional availability at participating 2 for 1 dining restaurants.
8. Customers must call the restaurant in advance of their visit, stating that they are in possession of a “TLC 2 for 1 dining voucher”, to check availability, discuss the usage of the offer (restrictions may apply) and make their booking.
9. The 2 for 1 dining voucher is based on standard prices and may only apply to a specific set menu.
10. The “how to use” instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
11. On arrival at the restaurants, the voucher must be handed over. If no voucher is produced, you must pay the full price for your dining session.
12. Normal restaurant cancellation procedures apply to all customers.
13. The list of participating 2 for 1 dining restaurants remains subject to change. Please contact your chosen restaurants to confirm continual availability of the offer.
14. Participating 2 for 1 dining restaurants are all contracted to participate in the 2 for 1 dining offer.
15. Participating 2 for 1 dining restaurants reserve the right to vary prices, times and offer availability (e.g. public holidays).
16. Prices (if any) and information presented are valid at the time of going to press and could be subject to change.
17. Neither the Promoter, nor its agents or distributors can accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and reserves the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or offers.
18. The voucher may only be used once. Photocopied, scanned, damaged or illegible vouchers will not be accepted.
19. The 2 for 1 dining voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, cannot be resold and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or redeemed in whole or part for cash.
20. In the event of large promotional uplift, restaurants reserve the right to book voucher holders up to 6 months from date of calling to make a promotional booking.
21. Neither TLC, its agents or distributors will in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the purchaser or other bearer, or accept any liability for (a) any non-acceptance by a restaurants of this voucher or (b) any inability by the bearer to use this voucher properly or at all or (c) the contents, accuracy or use of either this voucher or the restaurants listing, nor will any of them be liable for any personal loss or injury occurring at the restaurants, and (d) TLC, its agents and distributors do not guarantee the quality and/or availability of the services offered by the restaurants and cannot be held liable for any resulting personal loss or damage. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
22. TLC reserves the right to offer a substitute reward of equal or greater value.
23. The terms of this promotion are as stated here and no other representations (written or verbal) shall apply.
24. Any persons taking advantage of this promotion do so on complete acceptance of these terms and conditions.
25. TLC reserves the right to vary these terms without notice.
26. Air France shall also be bound by these Terms and Conditions and shall not encourage, persuade, promote, support or in any way assist in their breach.
