Today marks the first day of a new service between George Best Belfast City Airport to London City Airport under the brand CityJet for Air France. The service, operated by the Air France subsidiary CityJet and in cooperation with ScotAirways, will fly passengers between the heart of the two cities, allowing for maximisation of business hours.
The service will predominantly run Monday – Friday ; Belfast City Airport 07.50 - London City Airport 09.20 (Monday-Friday) Belfast City Airport 10.15 - London City Airport 11.45 (Saturday only) Belfast City Airport 12.55 - London City Airport 14.25 (Monday – Friday) Belfast City Airport 18.05 - London City Airport 19.45 (Monday – Friday & Sunday)
Prices start from £101 per person including taxes.

Passengers using the CityJet for Air France brand will benefit from the roll out of a young fleet of Avro RJ85 aircraft into the fleet. These planes are all equipped with 95 leather seats, and the food and beverages served on board are suited to the requirements of a business clientele:

Customers using the CityJet for Air France network will also benefit from AIR FRANCE KLM's frequent flyer programme, Flying Blue. A Flying Blue Gold card member travelling in the l'Espace Affaires cabin on 5 round trips to any CityJet destination will, for example, earn a free round trip in the Tempo cabin (6 for a Silver member).
Belfast is just one in the list of 7 key European cities which have been added to this new network. Geneva, Madrid, Nice & Zurich are also now accessible from London City Airport, as well as Dundee and Edinburgh (also in cooperation with ScotAirways).
