Travelling from London Heathrow Terminal 4

T4 offers a premium check-in area dedicated to SkyTeam: First Class, Business Class, and Premium Economy customers, as well as Sky Team Elite and Elite Plus card holders.

On 300 sqm you can find 14 check-in desks and 10 self-service kiosks, together with a comfortable seating area, plus 30 self-service kiosks in the Economy check-in area.

Delta relocates some of its flights from Heathrow Terminal 4 to Heathrow Terminal 3

Since 2nd April 2014, Delta Air Lines moved its arrival and departure terminal from Terminal 4 to Terminal 3 at London Heathrow Airport. Therefore passengers travelling on codeshare flights with Air France KLM partner Delta will now need to travel to Terminal 3 for flights to New York-JFK, Boston and Seattle.

Starting 26 Oct 14, Delta Air Lines will begin operating one daily flight between London Heathrow and Los Angeles, this new flight will depart from Terminal 3.

Starting 26 Oct 14, Delta Air Lines will also operated its two daily flights between London Heathow and Altanta from Terminal 3.

Heathrow Terminal 4 “Positive Boarding”

Since 15th October 2013, Air France uses Heathrow Airport's Positive Boarding technology in order to improve passengers’ experience and flight punctuality.

At departures, you have to scan the barcode on your boarding pass at an automatic gate at least 30 minutes before departure for economy class (20 minutes for Business class passengers).The system checks your boarding pass and allows you through security.

If you are trying to go through with too little time before the flight is due to depart, you will be asked to return to check-in and seek assistance.

Skypriority in London Heathrow Terminal 4

Due to airport regulations, SkyTeam Frequent Flyer card holders are not entitled to access the Fast Track facility at London Heathrow Terminal 4. This facility is only available for Business and First Class passengers.

Customers with an Elite Plus Frequent Flyer card departing on a SkyTeam flight. (i.e. Air France, KLM, Club 2000, Club 2000 Skipper, Flying Blue Platinum, Flying Blue Gold).
