Air France moves to
Terminal 4 at London Heathrow Airport.
From 24th November 2009 Air France has a new home at London Heathrow Airport.
Air France joined its SkyTeam Partners at Terminal 4.
The new location at Terminal 4 will make your journey through Heathrow faster and more enjoyable.
Air France at Terminal 4 in a nutshell:
- New Premium check in area dedicated to SkyTeam First, Business, and Premium Economy customers, as well as Sky Team Elite and Elite Plus card holders.
On 300 square meters find 14 check in desks and 10 self-service kiosks, together with a comfortable and stylish seating area
- Fast track access will be available for Business Class customers.
- 30 self-service kiosks in the Economy check in area
- With 1600 square meters on 2 levels (second level opening in the beginning of November), the SkyTeam lounge boasts 300 seats, two VIP rooms, quiet room, separate children’s area and an extended Wellness Centre.

The first ever SkyTeam lounge!
The new lounge offers customers a superior experience with luxurious amenities.
Business class passengers and other eligible passengers can enjoy access to the lounge from 5:00am until the departure of the last flight.
Features include:
- Complimentary food and beverage service
- Wine bar
- Wellness Centre and Oxygen bar
- Free Wi-Fi Internet access
Scheduled to open on 9 November, the second level of the lounge will occupy, like the first floor, more than 800 square metres, increasing the total capacity to 300 seats. This new level will provide visitors with further amenities such as a VIP room, a separate area for children and a quiet room.
Eligible passengers
1. Business class ticket passengers flying on one of the SkyTeam carriers operating out of T4 (ie: KLM, Delta Air Lines, Kenya Airways, Continental Airlines).
2. Frequent Flyer Programmes’ Eligible Card Holders are:
- Air France and KLM – Flying Blue Gold, Platinum, Club 2000 & Club 2000-Skipper
- Delta Air Lines – SkyMiles Platinum Medallion *
- Kenya Airways – Gold and Platinum
- Continental Airlines – One Pass Platinum Elite
