Installing Widget by Air France couldn't be easier! To be sure that you can install it on your PC, check the System Minimum Requirements.

1. Download

Read and accept the General conditions
Click the "Download now" button to start downloading the Widget by Air France. This download takes a few seconds, depending on your connection speed.

2. Run the installer

Once downloaded, a window will open asking you what you want to do:



Click "Run" (or "Run this program from its current location", depends on your Windows version). You might see a confirmation window asking you if you are sure. Click "Run" again.
You may also save the file to your Desktop and then launch the program.

3. Deal with your firewall

If you are using a firewall, an alert may appear right after the installation process. Indeed, there are a few reasons why Keep-in-Touch needs to access the Internet so you should allow it through your firewall.



Click on the [Unblock] button.
This is very important. If you do not allow the Widget by Air France, you will not receive contents and you will have to change your firewall parameters (learn more in our FAQ section).

4. Follow the instructions

A short wizard will appear. Just follow the instructions.
This process takes less than 30 seconds.
