Refund requests for tickets
If your ticket permits refunds with or without a fee then you can request your refund online by going to the Manage your reservations page.
This can be done for tickets that were issued between 2 days and 12 months ago.
Please note online refunds are not available for Flying Blue award tickets and if several people are included in the same reservation file, the refund request applies to all tickets on file, as long as each ticket permits refunds.
You can also request your refund by calling our Call Centre on 0871 66 33 777. Option 5 ‘Other services´.

Our refunds Department handles refund requests for tickets issued by Air France in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Please check if Air France has issued your ticket: the ticket number begins with 057.
Air France appears in the upper left-hand corner of the ticket under the mention "issuing carrier".
For electronic tickets the number appears on your Electronic Ticket Itinerary Receipt.
If another airline is mentioned, please submit your refund request to that carrier.
If a travel agency issued your ticket, please contact them directly to request a refund.
We remind you that only original documents are accepted (photocopies or faxes are not accepted), and we suggest that you retain photocopies for your records.
Please be aware that an administration fee of 15GBP will be applied for processing the refund of your ticket.
If you have purchased insurance online along with your ticket and if you intend to request a refund, please contact Mondial Assistance. They will be able to provide you with a written confirmation that you have no ongoing claim with them.
Please send this form to the Refund Department along with your refund request in order to enable us to process your applicable refund.
Unused Ticket
Please submit all original unused flight coupons to Air France Refunds Department.

Lost Ticket
In order to apply for a refund on the basis of a lost ticket, please submit the following documents:
Please be advised that the refund will be processed when the validity of the document expires which is 12 months from the date of issue. We remind you that an administration fee will be assessed.
- A signed original lost ticket application. Applications may be obtained from any Air France airport office, or from your Travel Agent.
If a Travel Agent issued the lost ticket, please request a copy of the agency coupon and include it in your request.- If a replacement ticket was purchased, please submit the corresponding original passenger receipt.

Downgrade
For downgrade fare adjustments, please mail us your original passenger receipt and original boarding card for the flight in question.
