Baggage problems

Was your baggage late, damaged, or lost? We understand the extreme inconvenience caused by these problems. Rest assured that we will treat your file with utmost care. While awaiting the arrival of your baggage or your compensation, we invite you to read through the required procedure for each type of problem.

The transport of your baggage, especially overstuffed items, may cause scratches, marks, and other damage for which we cannot be held responsible. However, if you notice more serious damage to your baggage, please alert us immediately upon arrival. If, for any reason, you are unable to do this, you have 7 days to submit your claim in writing to Customer Care, whose contact information is available in the Contact us section.
In case of substantial damage, we are committed to offering you a sufficient indemnity.
 

Are you missing some or all of your baggage contents? Please alert us immediately upon arrival. If you realize that an item is missing only after leaving the airport, you have 7 days from your arrival date to submit your claim in writing to Customer Care, whose contact information is available in the Contact us section. Beyond this timeframe, we will be unable to process your request.
